Anti-Corruption
In order to reject all forms of business corruption，CPL promotes honesty and trustworthiness. CPL emphasizes the internal self-discipline system. This system entails that it is essential to obey the law, be honest, and provide high quality services for business management.
Awareness
Through years of effort and regular anti-corruption training, we have been able to lay a solid foundation for our staffs’ ethical and ideological education to help build an incorruptible enterprise culture. The importance of anti-corruption is well accepted by our staff. CPL is also cognizant that abiding laws is the minimum requirement for a sustainable business. We continue our training sessions and promotion of the importance of anti-corruption practices to help our staff better identify the various forms of corruption and to give guidance on how to handle them.
Internal Self-Discipline
CPL will continue improving its policies and procedures to better prevent corrupt behaviors from the start. We have reviewed our financial procedures to identify risks associated with potential corruption. We have either modified the processes or placed stronger preventive measures. CPL is committed to establishing a business environment of equal competition and a good corporation profile.
External Mechanism
CPL actively cooperate with customer to meet the anti-corruption relevant requirements. We learn from our customer on anti-corruption regulation and practice to improve our own rules and execute the stricter terms.
External Mechanisms
All suppliers and partners who collaborate with CPL are required to sign anti-bribery terms. These terms guarantee that we actively carry out series of anti-corruption procedures and strategies to establish ethical and genuine partnerships with companies that share similar ideologies. CPL has established a reporting channel for anti-corruption and published report contact number to vendors. Any staff member who is receiving solicitation, exhortations, or briberies can report the incident(s) to management and receive support. We prohibit any and all illegal activities that violate morality and integrity, including, but not limited to: bribery, cheating, plagiarism, money laundering, illegal transactions, and stealing company property.
